Caros colegas,
É com imenso prazer que a Associação Portuguesa de Trombose e Hemostase (APTH) vos convida para a 2ª Reunião Científica de Trombose e Hemostase, que irá decorrer nos dias 24 e 25 de Janeiro de 2025.
A nossa primeira reunião, veio reforçar a importância e necessidade de uma organização dedicada a esta área. A trombose e a hemostase interessa a várias especialidades médicas, e assumimos a missão de promover um espaço de diálogo e aprendizagem contínua para todos os profissionais envolvidos ou interessados nesta área.
Reconhecendo a relevância de incluir um enfoque educativo, a manhã de sexta-feira, dia 24 de janeiro, será dedicada ao Programa Educacional. Este programa é direcionado não apenas a especialistas, mas também a internos de diversas áreas incluindo Imuno-hemoterapia, Cardiologia, Hematologia, Medicina Interna, Pediatria, Cirurgia, entre outras. Será uma oportunidade única para atualizar conhecimentos, trocar experiências e fortalecer a prática clínica.
Contamos com a vossa presença e participação ativa nesta reunião, a qual será essencial para o sucesso deste encontro

Message from the President
Dear colleagues,
It is with great pleasure that the Portuguese Association of Thrombosis and Haemostasis (APTH) invites you to the 2nd Scientific Meeting on Thrombosis and Haemostasis, which will take place on January 24th and 25th 2025.
Our first meeting reinforced the importance and need for an organisation dedicated to this area. Thrombosis and haemostasis are of interest to various medical specialities, and we have taken on the mission of promoting a space for dialogue and continuous learning for all professionals involved or interested in this area.
Recognising the importance of including an educational focus, the morning of Friday January the 24th will be dedicated to the Educational Programme. This programme is aimed not only at specialists, but also at interns from various areas including Immunohemotherapy, Cardiology, Haematology, Internal Medicine, Paediatrics, Surgery, among others. It will be a unique opportunity to update knowledge, exchange experiences and strengthen clinical practice.
We are counting on your presence and active participation in this meeting, which will be essential to its success
