Regulamento - submissão de trabalhos
A submissão de trabalhos no âmbito da 2ª Reunião Científica de Trombose e Hemostase da APTH será realizada exclusivamente através do website da APTH. Não serão aceites resumos enviados por correio electrónico ou por qualquer outra via.
Deadline para Submissão: 08 de DEZEMBRO 2024
Notificação aos Autores: até 20 de DEZEMBRO 2024
Inscrição de Autores na reunião: após aceitação do trabalho
O envio de trabalhos NÃO implica a inscrição do 1º autor/apresentador na Reunião.
Apenas após a aceitação do trabalho pelo júri será necessária e obrigatória a inscrição do 1º autor/apresentador.
A submissão do resumo implica e pressupõe o consentimento dos autores a favor da APTH, quanto a cedência do direito exclusivo de publicar e distribuir em suporte físico, electrónico ou em outros suportes o conteúdo do resumo, do e-poster ou slides da comunicação oral.
PREPARAÇÃO DO RESUMO
Todos os campos no formulário são obrigatórios.
- Preencha os dados pessoais do 1º autor/apresentador. O endereço de email que indicar será o utilizado para o envio de correspondência.
- Identifique o nome de todos os autores e afiliações.
- O título deve ser conciso e explicito, em maiúsculas.
- Conteúdo máximo: 500 palavras, pode incluir 1 ou 2 tabelas.
- As abreviaturas devem ser definidas quando apresentadas pela primeira vez.
- Pode ser redigido em português ou inglês.
- Os resumos só podem conter material original e não apresentado previamente.
- Os resumos não podem conter informação que revele a identificação de doentes, do serviço e do hospital.
- Os resumos serão apresentados como submetidos, não havendo lugar a edição.
- Devem ser declarados quaisquer conflitos de interesse do autor e co-autores.
SUBMISSÃO DO RESUMO
- envio de resumos é possível até 30 de Novembro de 2024, 23h59 (hora portuguesa, não prorrogável). Os resumos enviados após esta data/hora não serão admitidos.
- Até ao final do prazo da submissão poderá alterar o seu resumo, desde que mencione a versão apresentada (V1, V2,…).
CASOS CLÍNICOS
O resumo deve ser estruturado em: Introdução, Caso Clínico, Discussão e Conclusão.
ESTUDOS DE INVESTIGAÇÃO E CASUISTICA
O resumo deve ser estruturado em: Introdução, Material e Métodos, Resultados, Discussão e Conclusão.
Os resumos dos trabalhos a enviar ao Júri para selecção serão para apresentação sob a forma de POSTER (electrónico) ou COMUNICAÇÃO ORAL.
O Júri irá avaliar, de forma independente e anónima, cada resumo submetido, e reserva-se o direito de seleção da forma de apresentação (Poster ou Comunicação oral).
A aceitação ou recusa do trabalho submetido, será comunicada via e-mail, explicitando, o formato de apresentação: Poster ou Comunicação Oral.
Rules and regulations - submitting your work
Papers for the 2nd APTH Scientific Meeting on Thrombosis and Haemostasis will be submitted exclusively via the APTH website. Abstracts sent by e-mail or any other means will not be accepted.

Notification to Authors: by DECEMBER 20th 2024
Registration of Authors at the meeting: after acceptance of the work
The submission of papers does NOT imply the registration of the 1st author/presenter at the Meeting.
Registration of the 1st author/presenter will only be necessary and obligatory once the jury has accepted the work.
Submission of the abstract implies and presupposes the consent of the authors in favour of the APTH, regarding the assignment of the exclusive right to publish and distribute in physical, electronic or other media the content of the abstract, e-poster or oral communication slides.
PREPARING THE ABSTRACT
All fields on the form are compulsory.
- Fill in the personal details of the 1st author/presenter. The email address you provide will be the one used to send correspondence.
- Identify all authors’ names and affiliations.
- The title should be concise and explicit, in capital letters.
- Maximum content: 500 words, may include 1 or 2 tables.
- Abbreviations should be defined when first presented.
- Can be written in Portuguese or English.
- Abstracts may only contain original material not previously presented.
- Abstracts may not contain information revealing the identification of patients, the service or the hospital.
- Abstracts will be presented as submitted and will not be edited.
- Any conflicts of interest of the author and co-authors must be declared.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
- Abstracts can be submitted until 30 November 2024, 23h59 (Portuguese time, non-extendable). Abstracts submitted after this date/time will not be accepted.
- You can change your abstract up until the submission deadline, as long as you mention the version submitted (V1, V2,…).
CLINICAL CASES
The abstract should be structured as follows: Introduction, Clinical Case, Discussion and Conclusion.
RESEARCH STUDIES AND CASUISTRY
The abstract should be structured as follows: Introduction, Material and Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion.
The abstracts to be sent to the Jury for selection will be presented as an (electronic) POSTER or ORAL COMMUNICATION.
The Jury will independently and anonymously evaluate each abstract submitted and reserves the right to select the form of presentation (Poster or Oral Communication).
Acceptance or rejection of the submitted work will be communicated via e-mail, specifying the presentation format: Poster or Oral Communication.
